THE WINTER WONDERLAND HOLIDAY PARTY IS OPEN TO THEIR ENTIRE SCHOOL!! ALL TECHIES ARE WELCOMED TO COME!!! EVEN IF YOUR FRIEND(S) IS NOT IN H.O.P.E., FEEL FREE TO INVITE THEM!!!!
Another reminder that Winter Wonderland ticket sales will end on TUESDAY, DECEMBER 13TH.

We will be hosting our 2nd annual Winter Wonderland Holiday Party!! Join us on December 16th for an afternoon filled with games, prizes, activities, and more importantly, UNLIMITED FOOD!!!! Tickets are $10 each and will be sold in the SGO store from Wednesday, December 7th to Tuesday, December 13th. Seats are limited so be sure to get them ASAP.
P.S. We will also be selling tickets at our next general meeting on December 8th.

*You will receive points for BOTH clubs if you attend. Yay!*
**An executive will be at the door to collect tickets as you enter the cafeteria. DO NOT LOSE YOUR TICKET. Tickets will be counted as sign-ins. In exchange, you will receive a wristband. You MUST have your wristband on at ALL TIMES. You will not be given food if you DO NOT have a wristband.**

We need two helpers for each lunch period from Wednesday, December 9th to Wednesday, December 16th to help us with the Winter Wonderland Ticket Sales in the SGO store. We have already given a manila envelope labeled H.O.P.E. to Mr. Raftery. The instructions, tickets, and attendance sheet are all enclosed within the envelope. Make sure to read through all the instructions! We've attached the file for the instructions to this email too so read it before signing up. In addition, if Mr. Raftery needs help with additional tasks, please lend a hand. Each lunch period is 5 points; however, you can only sign up for a maximum of TWO lunch periods for a total of 10 points.

Before the end of 2015, we would like to hold a Winter Wonderland Holiday Party for all the Tech students to enjoy the festivity of the season and simply just to have fun. There will be food (more people = more food/variety), desserts, and games provided by CSA! Since CSA's annual Game Night is on the same day as our Winter Wonderland, we will be collaborating with them to provide you guys with an even more enjoyable time. The Winter Wonderland will be on Friday, December 18th from 4 P.M. to 6 P.M. at the west side of the cafeteria. Tickets will be sold in the SGO store during all lunch periods for $10 beginning from Wednesday, December 9th to Wednesday, December 16th. The earlier you buy your ticket, the better since there are a limited number of tickets! It also lets us know how much food we'll need to prepare! NHS will also be giving points to their members for attending the Winter Wonderland so make sure to get your ticket as soon as possible! H.O.P.E. will be selling tickets at our next general meeting this Thursday, December 10th as well.
Each ticket has a ticket number. There is a slip on the ticket where you will need to fill out your name, OSIS #, year of graduation, and whether you are a H.O.P.E. member. After you've completed the information, H.O.P.E. members in charge of the tickets for that period will cut off that slip. We will send out a sign-up for helping during lunch periods in a separate email! You will get to keep the other side of the ticket, which must be shown at the door to enter the Winter Wonderland Holiday Party.
H.O.P.E. members will receive 20 points for buying a ticket and attending the Winter Wonderland, while NHS members will receive 10 points and an extra 5 points for wearing holiday attire. Attendance for H.O.P.E. and NHS will be taken separately.
- H.O.P.E. - As you enter, your ticket numbers will be recorded or checked off by H.O.P.E. members. H.O.P.E. Executives will take attendance based on those ticket numbers.
- NHS - Attendance will be taken at the end of the Winter Wonderland through the collection of the tickets. Make sure to write your name and OSIS # on the back of the ticket before giving it to an NHS Executive as you exit the cafeteria. If you're wearing holiday attire at that time, the NHS Executives will mark that down.
