Hey guys,

We would just like to remind everyone that the New York City Rescue Mission Fundraiser will end on Friday, September 30th. You can receive a total of 20 points by raising $10!! (Let’s help the homeless!)

P.S. Donation forms & envelopes are available in 7C1. You should be able to see a small surprise on the envelopes we have provided for you.

Collections will still be in room 1W2 after 9th period. If you do not see an executive in the room, please wait a few minutes after the late bell has rung before leaving. Executives also have classes during 9th period so do keep in mind that you may reach the room before they do.

Another reminder that RETURNING MEMBERS should fill out the member application by September 30th!! You will no longer receive emails from us after this deadline until you have filled out this form.

New York City Rescue Mission Fundraiser

Hey guys,

We will be having a fundraiser for the New York City Rescue Mission from Monday, September 26th to Friday, September 30th.

Its motto being “Hope Lives Here”, the New York City Rescue Mission is an organization whose goal is to provide as much help and hope to the hungry and the homeless living in New York City by giving them meals, services and a home. Our contributions will help them continue their wonderful efforts to provide hope to those in need.

Please place the money and the attached donation form inside an envelope with your name, OSIS #, and H.O.P.E. and bring it to room 1W2, AFTER 9TH PERIOD. A H.O.P.E. Executive will be present until 4:15 P.M. to collect your donations. DO NOT give the money to Mrs. Nottingham and ONLY give the money to a H.O.P.E. Executive. If you are unable to print the donation form, you will be able to find some copies in room 7C1 by Ms. Yvettes desk beginning on Tuesday, September 27th.

You can receive up to 20 points by raising $10!!!

Brooklyn Takes Steps for Crohn's and Colitis

Hey guys,

The Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to find cures for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis that currently affect many children and adults. We will be assisting the Brooklyn Takes Steps walk & festival, one of the largest fundraising events dedicated to finding cures for these digestive diseases. Volunteer tasks include set up (unloading supplies, assisting vendors with tent setup), festival (assisting the KID zone, distributing t-shirts and other supplies) and event breakdown.

Team Hope Walk + MDA Walk

Hey guys,

We will be having two new events this weekend!

The Team Hope Walk is a fundraiser event designed to help benefit the Huntington's Disease Society of America. All proceeds will be used to support the HDSA’s mission to help improve the lives of many who have affected by the Huntington’s disease, a disorder that damages brain cells. Volunteer tasks include set up, putting up tables, signs, balloons, activities and pop up tents.

**NOTE: This event has very limited spots**
