We will be having a general meeting tomorrow in the auditorium after 10th period. You will get 10 points
if you attend and will not lose any points if you don’t.
In addition, we will also be offering 10 points for those of you attending the Relay for Life carnival which
takes place tomorrow at LIU. The carnival starts tomorrow at 4 pm and ends at 10 pm. There will be
dancing, activities (jousting, and minute to win it games), food, ceremonies, and team fundraisers.
Tickets are on sale for 10 dollars at the SGO store. When purchasing the ticket, make sure to keep the
receipt and fill out the registration form.

Hi everyone!
We will be having a general meeting TOMORROW (11/16) after 10th period in the auditorium! It will be worth 10 points and will last around 20-30 minutes.
IN ADDITION, we will begin selling ribbons from November 17th to November 22nd in the center section of the cafeteria (the last 30 minutes of lunch, every lunch period) to raise money for brain cancer. Each ribbon costs $1 and is worth 5 points each. The maximum number of points you can get is 20.
WE WILL ALSO BE SELLING RIBBONS OUTSIDE OF THE AUDITORIUM TOMORROW AFTER THE MEETING.

We will be having our final meeting of the year this Friday, June 2nd after 10th period in the SOUTHWEST section of the cafeteria. This meeting is MANDATORY and will be worth 20 points. Failure to attend this meeting will result in a 15 point deduction. Please make sure to SWIPE IN!!

We will be working at the Father Ministry soup kitchen once again! The Father Hearts Ministries requires each volunteer to provide a VALID PHONE NUMBER. Volunteers will receive a text message from the organization asking to confirm their participation at the event. All you need to do is follow the instructions (which is to type YES) and you will officially be registered as a volunteer.

Yesterday was the final meeting of the school year. We distributed your proof of community service letters, but if you couldn't make it to the meeting, you can still pick up your letters on Monday, June 6th from the beginning of 9th period to3:40 P.M. outside room 7C1.
If for any reason you can't come to get your letter on Monday either, then please email us to make other arrangements.
The final meeting of the year is this upcoming Thursday, June 2nd after 10th period in the west side of the CAFETERIA. You may ONLY ENTER from the NORTHWEST entrance. Make sure to SWIPE-IN as usual. We are distributing community service hours letters at this meeting so IF you want yours, you MUST ATTEND the meeting. Attendance is OPTIONAL; however, since many of you are still lacking points, this meeting will be 20 POINTS. You will not lose points even if you choose to not attend.
Hope to see most of you (for essentially the last time) before the school year ends at this meeting! Enjoy the remainder of your three-day weekend!
Our next mandatory meeting will be this Thursday, February 11th in the auditorium during 11th period. We will be selling mini bundles of items for Valentine's Day after the meeting. Specifics will be mentioned in another email and at the meeting.

bthshope@gmail.com. Here are the instructions for Request for Excusals once again: Compose a new message with the subject line "Request for Excusal." Within the email, include your name, OSIS #, and the reason why you cannot attend the mandatory meeting. For all excusals regarding doctor's appointments, a clear image of your doctor's note (can be from the prescription pad) must be emailed to us after. To avoid getting the email limit warning multiple times, you will only receive a personal reply to your excusal if there is an issue with it. Everyone who sends a Request for Excusal will get a confirmation email regarding its approval if there were no issues with it.
