Hi everyone,
We are very excited to announce that the H.O.P.E. 4th Generation Executive Application is finally out!
Being an executive is not easy. It requires a lot of time, dedication, and most importantly, participation. However, it is a great way to gain leadership skills and form friendships that will last a lifetime. Don’t worry about not having previous experiences in leadership positions… at the end of the day, we all start somewhere. OUR ONLY REQUIREMENTS ARE THAT YOU ARE PASSING YOUR CLASSES AND HAVE BEEN IN H.O.P.E. FOR AT LEAST A YEAR.
Here are the descriptions of the executive positions:
President - The "Big Boss" of the executive board. Oversees the entirety of the club and ensures that all events, in or out, are maintained.
Vice President - The president's main consultant and what we would like to call the "Parent of the Exec Board." Ensures relations among executives is within check and that all relations between members and executives are stable.
Secretary - The main public relations officer between staff members and the executive board. Prepares the paperwork and the equipment necessary for in-school events.
Treasurer - The banker of the executive board. Organizer of all fundraisers and record-keeper of all money transactions.
Club Representative - The advertiser of the group. He/she must propose fresh and new ideas to not only advertise the club but to also maintain the vibe of the club.
Creative Coordinator - The designs master. This person is mainly responsible for creating all posters, merchandise, and promotional materials.
Event Coordinators - These people ensure that all events run smoothly. Also primarily responsible for contacting events, organizations and more importantly, being the members' best friends at events.
Make sure to answer the questions honestly. There is no “right” answer and we are trying to get to know you (applicants) better.
THE APPLICATION IS DUE JANUARY 14TH, 2018 BY 11:59 P.M.
